We have NO central air. When temperatures reach the mid 70's to 80's and we have 32 students in my classroom, it gets quite toasty. When the large box arrived in our classroom, their curiosity soared!\r\n\r\nWe opened it together and you should have seen their reactions! They were beyond excited. Now, we have students who beg to sit near the A/C unit. We rotate often. \r\n\r\nHaving a comfortable and cool environment makes all the difference! They can focus and produce work without fading away into the heat of the afternoon. They are cheery and on task....for the most part.
