Students lit up when they saw the prizes listed on our PBIS app and displayed on our 5-Star board. One student said, \"I'm saving up for the LEGOs—those are worth working for!\"\r\n\r\nThe rewards created a strong incentive for positive behavior. Students tracked their points, made thoughtful choices, and worked hard to meet schoolwide expectations. We also hosted fun events where students could earn extra points and participate in giveaways, building even more enthusiasm around being a positive contributor on campus.\r\n\r\nThis project helped create a culture of motivation, recognition, and accountability. Students now feel that their efforts are seen and appreciated—and that's thanks to you.\r\n\r\nOur next step is to continue encouraging point earning and bring in even more fun and meaningful prizes.
