The students in our class this year love to work independently and really don't like to wait for adult help. The ready to go math centers that were purchased as a part of this project have allowed students who complete table work to grab a math center and keep learning without having to wait for an adult. \r\n\r\nFostering independence is a huge part of Kindergarten. It's almost more important than learning to identify shapes, sort , measure and add. Fortunately these centers have allowed my students to do both. \r\n\r\nIt's also been helpful for me, as a special education teacher, to have some activites ready to go that don't require any prep work on my part. This allows me much needed time, especially in the month of May, to conduct IEP meetings and complete IEP paperwork, and report cards. \r\n\r\nThank you again for taking the time to support our class!","fullyFundedDate":1740438636395,"projectUrl":"project/2-4-6-8-kinder-math-is-really-great/8986279/","projectTitle":"2, 4, 6, 8, Kinder Math Is Really Great!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Quillici","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp4243026_orig.jpg?crop=2316,2316,x0,y316&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1659494718558","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/teacherquillici"},{"teacherId":9289467,"projectId":9215465,"letterContent":"I was so excited to learn that through your generosity, the project has been funded!
