My students were so excited when they first saw the snacks—they immediately started talking about how they could \"earn\" their favorites through participation, teamwork, and showing kindness. What began as a simple reward quickly turned into a motivator that helped build stronger habits and a more supportive community.\r\n\r\nWe've been using the snacks as part of our daily and weekly incentive system. One of my favorite moments was seeing a student who normally hesitates to participate raise their hand confidently after earning 2 credits in 1 week—just to share that they had completed their 2 credits and earned their snacks.
