My students have been using the Math for Love flashcards both in class and at home with their families - and they absolutely love them. Unlike traditional flashcards, these ones include visuals like ten frames and equal groups that help students truly understand what the math facts mean, not just memorize them. It's been so rewarding to see their confidence grow as they build fluency with these foundational skills.\r\n\r\nOne moment that stood out was seeing students excitedly teaching their peers how to use the flashcards during math menu time. Several students even asked to take sets home to play with their families - something I've never seen with regular flashcards! Next year, I plan to introduce these much earlier in the school year so all students can start off feeling successful and excited about math.
