The project also included a weighted tiger which I allow students to dress up according to the weather outside another fun piece of the project was stacking hamburgers that are in our monthly dramatic play area. All my students now have visuals for the weekly vocabulary, interactive slides for phonics skills, and stories for us to read while class.\r\n\r\nThese slides are especially helpful for my English Language learners, because as we learn new concepts, students can actively use the slides as a reference. The class uses their white boards to answer questions and concepts that specific slides challenge students with on language arts and math skills. \r\n\r\nIt is so fun and exciting to see each student engaged with learning through the use of technology slides. I was able to get 25 families, a cookie decorating kit for an activity to do together at home during the holidays, we also provided food to ensure these families could eat during the school break.
