Thanks to your help, our school librarian and myself have been able to bring many diverse books to students and encourage them to read in a new and exciting way. \r\n\r\nI've seen friendships being formed, confidence gathered, and teams turn into family. Students have strengthened their communication skills as they argue about whose book is best (and why it's their favorite) and answering questions with confidence in front of all their family and friends. \r\n\r\nYour support helps so much more than you know. In our community, giving students a safe place to gather and grow together is vital. If this program didn't exist, students would not be as excited to read, these friendships wouldn't have been formed, and students would likely be sitting on their phones waiting for parents to pick them up every afternoon.
