They may seem like a simple addition, but they have already made a noticeable difference in our classroom.\r\n\r\nWe use videos, presentations, music, and other digital resources as part of our lessons, and having clear, reliable sound makes it much easier for my students to follow along. Before having the speakers, there were times when students in the back of the room had difficulty hearing, and I would have to stop the lesson to adjust the volume or repeat what was being said. Now, everyone can hear much more clearly, which helps us keep the lesson moving.\r\n\r\nThe students were especially excited when they first heard the speakers. Of course, the first thing they wanted to know was how loud they could go! Once we got past that, they quickly realized how much better they could hear videos and other activities. They especially enjoy using them when we incorporate music or videos into our lessons.\r\n\r\nI have noticed that some of my students who have a harder time staying focused during whole-class lessons are more engaged when we use videos or other multimedia. Being able to clearly hear the information helps them follow along and stay connected to the lesson. I have also seen students who normally sit quietly become more involved when we use music or an interactive video.\r\n\r\nOne of my favorite moments was seeing the students react when we first used the speakers for a classroom activity. They immediately noticed the difference and started commenting on how much clearer everything sounded. It was a small change, but it made the lesson feel different and more engaging for them.\r\n\r\nThank you for helping us make our classroom a better place to learn. Your donation of the computer speakers is something we will use throughout the year, and I am grateful that our students have this resource.\r\n\r\nThank you again for supporting our students and our classroom.","fullyFundedDate":1784562995839,"projectUrl":"project/one-speaker-set-endless-learning/10387435/","projectTitle":"One Speaker Set, Endless Learning","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Denila","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-9_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/2899256"},{"teacherId":2899256,"projectId":10340740,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for providing our 5th grade classroom with a new color printer! We are very grateful for your generosity and for thinking about what our students need in the classroom.\r\n\r\nThe printer has been a great addition to our classroom. We use it for projects, activities, maps, pictures, student work, and other materials that support our lessons. Being able to print in color makes a difference, especially when we are working on something that students need to see and interact with. It also makes it easier for me to prepare materials without having to find another place to print them.\r\n\r\nThe students were immediately excited about the printer. They love seeing their work come out in color, and it gives them a sense of pride when they can hold a finished project in their hands. I have already heard students asking, \"Can we print this in color?\" It is a small thing, but it gets them excited about what they are creating.\r\n\r\nOur more artistic and creative students have especially enjoyed it. They like adding pictures, designs, and color to their projects and then seeing the final product. I have also noticed that some students who don't always get excited about school assignments are more interested when they have an opportunity to create something and see it printed.\r\n\r\nAs a teacher, I appreciate having another tool that makes our classroom a little more engaging. The printer is something we will use throughout the year, and I know our students will continue finding new ways to use it.\r\n\r\nThank you again for supporting our classroom and our students.
