My TK students have been using these materials every single day. The writing table has become one of their favorite places to color, make little books, and practice writing and drawing. The light trays have been amazing for helping them trace letters, shapes, and even their own pictures. One of my favorite moments was watching a group of students work together to create a \"class book,\" about our favorite parts of the book. They loved tracing their cover designs on the light trays and then writing their names on the front at the writing table—they were so proud.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, the kids were SO excited. Their faces lit up when they saw the glowing trays, and they couldn't wait to try them. Many of them immediately sat down and started tracing letters and drawing pictures. A few students who are usually hesitant to write were suddenly eager to join in because the light trays made it feel fun and magical.\r\n\r\nThanks to your support, my students are now taking the next steps in their writing and drawing skills. We're currently working on telling stories with pictures and beginning to label their drawings. The writing table and tracing trays give them the confidence and tools to practice every day. We are really enjoying all of the, \"Old Lady\" books. These books are very helpful to understand sequencing. My students love the puppet that brings the book to life! They are able to interact with the literature and bring better understanding to the sequence to the story.\r\n\r\nWe love the writing pads; they are very useful to help with writing skills and understanding print. When it is time to choose centers in our classroom the students always want a turn in the dramatic play area. Thank you for adding an addition to that area in our classroom for many years to come.
