Thanks to your generosity, my students received essential school supplies that have made a meaningful difference in their learning experience.\r\nWith your donations, my students had access to notebooks for daily note-taking, as well as posters, markers, colored pencils, erasers, and many other materials needed to complete projects in our oceanography class. These supplies allowed us to move beyond traditional instruction and engage in hands-on, creative learning. My students truly enjoyed working on projects that allowed them to apply their knowledge in meaningful, interactive ways.\r\nIn many of their other classes, students spend most of their time working on computers. In contrast, your support allowed them to disconnect from screens and work with paper, collaborate with peers, and create visual projects. This shift not only increased their engagement but also helped them develop different skills and a deeper connection to the material.\r\nThis year has been especially challenging, as numerous budget cuts have impacted our school. Our district is working hard to avoid teacher layoffs, and as a result, many resources have become limited. During this difficult time, your support through DonorsChoose has truly been a light for my students.
