My students' faces immediately lit up when we got the packages and we got to open them together! They instantly wanted to give everything a test run like helping me put up the fractions posters or making sure that their blue markers were truly blue. \r\n\r\nMy students enjoyed making a Boston Tea Party 3D model where they were able to decorate a ship and tea boxes with their markers. Their individuality and creativity definitely showed up for that project. I think it's been their favorite this year so far! I constantly have students referring to the fractions posters on our math wall during math time which is great to see them using the resources that were provided for us! \r\n\r\nCurrently, we are expecting a little rain so those Picasso tiles will come in very handy for a rainy day. As for individual projects we have a research project coming up on Eagles where students will get to accompany their writing with their rendition of an eagle!
