The crayon caddies, puzzles, building toys, fidgets, and hands-on materials you helped provide aren't just classroom supplies—they're the foundation of meaningful learning experiences.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first walked into the classroom and saw the colorful crayon bins, new scissors, soft plush toys with books, and engaging puzzles, their faces lit up with joy and curiosity. Many of them had never had access to materials like these before. It was a moment I'll never forget—a mix of wonder, excitement, and eagerness to dive in and explore.\r\n\r\nOne of our favorite classroom moments so far involved a hands-on literacy center where students paired plush toys with matching books to build reading confidence and comprehension. The fidgets and pencil grips have also made a huge difference for some of my students with sensory needs, helping them stay focused and feel more comfortable during lessons.\r\n\r\nThese materials are already being used daily across small-group activities in literacy and math, as well as during independent learning time. The building toys have sparked incredible creativity and collaboration as students work together to construct everything from towers to imaginative story scenes.\r\n\r\nAs we move forward, we're focusing on early reading fluency and foundational math skills. These tools are making it possible for me to create engaging, differentiated learning centers that support every student's growth. Your support has helped me start fresh in a new school and new classroom with a sense of hope and possibility—and for that, I am truly grateful.\r\n\r\nThank you again for believing in my students and in our classroom.","fullyFundedDate":1746786204219,"projectUrl":"project/new-school-year-supplies-needed/9261362/","projectTitle":"New School Year Supplies Needed","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Misty","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10001846_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1744949224856","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10001846"},{"teacherId":9749134,"projectId":8810844,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for donating to our classroom!
