They used the filament to 3D print parts for each engineering task. Because we have two teams, they were able to print the parts in the different colors for school spirit and to tell them apart easily. We also just finished making the custom team hoodies for all members using the iron-on vinyl.\r\n\r\nFinally, our 6th graders had a very valuable experience engineering and testing their very first solar cookers. We were able to use the thermometers to test how effective their first generation cookers were and then they re-engineered and tested a second generation.
