When the students first saw the games, they were so excited to dive in and couldn't wait to start playing. It was amazing to watch them work together, problem-solve, and stay engaged in math through a fun board game format—without needing much help from me. They're already looking forward to Fridays because they know it means they'll get to play all of the new and exciting math games. Our next step is to continue rotating through the different games so students can build confidence and practice their math skills in fresh and engaging ways each week.","fullyFundedDate":1746786062183,"projectUrl":"project/math-games/9316818/","projectTitle":"Math Games","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Temple","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9116338_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1746333761292","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9116338"},{"teacherId":9116338,"projectId":8784863,"letterContent":"I wanted to send a heartfelt thank you for your generous donation to my classroom. The books, rubber bands for students' chairs, whiteboard erasers and markers, Legos, wiggle cushions, morning meeting question cubes, and pencils have made a wonderful impact on our learning environment.\r\n\r\nThe books have ignited a love for reading, while the rubber bands and wiggle cushions help students stay focused and comfortable during lessons. The Legos have been invaluable for hands-on learning and creative problem-solving. The students have loved having these in rotation in our morning bins and are often racing each other to get them before other groups! The whiteboard supplies are perfect for interactive learning, especially during our math warm-ups. The morning meeting question cubes have brought so much fun and connection to our daily discussions, and the pencils ensure every student has the tools they need to succeed.\r\n\r\nYour thoughtful contribution has enhanced both the academic and social experiences of my students, and I'm incredibly grateful for your support.","fullyFundedDate":1726514670575,"projectUrl":"project/classroom-essentials-and-hands-on-activi/8784863/","projectTitle":"Classroom Essentials and Hands-On Activities","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Temple","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9116338_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1746333761292","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9116338"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_4302","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":522,"numTeachers":29,"percentFrplEligible":73,"percentAsian":5,"percentBlack":3,"percentWhite":10,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":73,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"Pre-K - 8","studentTeacherRatio":"18.0:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"SUBURBAN","ncesMetroType":"SUBURB_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":79.5,"schoolId":4302,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Hamilton Meadow Park Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Hamilton Meadow Park Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/california/novato-unified-school-district/hamilton-meadow-park-elementary-school/4302"}
