They watched monarch caterpillars transform through their life cycle stages, carefully documenting changes and asking thoughtful questions about what they witnessed. \r\n\r\nYour grant allowed us to:\r\n*Create a classroom habitat where students could observe the complete monarch life cycle\r\n*Plant native nectar plants, sow seeds, proper care and avoid tropical milkweed plants as they are harmful to monarchs.\r\n\r\nLasting Impact\r\nThis experience has created passionate young conservationists who now see themselves as protectors of monarchs and other wildlife.
