My TK students had a very uninviting reading area, but thanks to your donation, they now have a beautiful and enticing seating area in our library. The library and reading area became a popular classroom location once the log seating became a part of our forest themed library area.\r\n\r\nThe seating you donated is used all day, everyday! The library includes a listening center, book shelf with rotating book selections, and a larger shelf with additional books. The log seating is lightweight, and the children move them around to each section of the area, and enjoy reading in a variety of ways comfortably. \r\n\r\nThe seating has also inspired pretend play in our library. The children are often pretending to be me while sitting on the logs, while other children sit on the carpet listening to their friend tell them a story. It has been an amazing addition!!
