My students were shocked that all the boxes were full of materials, just for them. I think they felt seen and loved - not to mention they fully enjoyed opening up the boxes to see what was inside. \r\n Because of your generosity, we successfully completed a unit on Van Gogh. My art students learned about texture and movement in art and applied that knowledge to a fiber art landscape inspired by Van Gogh's art style. \r\n The fiber art was a great way to start the year. My students are excited to see what is coming next. They did so well with this project, I think they are ready to move on to print making and Sumi-E painting. Again, thank you for supporting my art students!
