This was a much needed tool for the library, and my students have been using it quite frequently to safely reach materials on higher shelves. It travels most frequently near the book displays by the carpet, where the greatest number of book covers are visible. The number of students using the step stool has also increased since the step-stool was purchased, since our school grows by a grade each year.
