Incorporating a library center has made students excited to read. It gives them an organized space for centers. The storage makes it easier for me to rotate books for holiday and our thematic units. It has taught students responsibility by taking care of books and keeping the area clean by putting books back where they got them. \r\n\r\n Not only has it been great for a reading center, it also helps students that need a break. They are able to quietly look at books, hug and hug a stuffed animal if they are having a hard day. \r\n\r\nThe students absolutely love it.
