Reading materials for students are so valuable as they allow each student to be aware of news stories in today's world but also age appropriate. It is such an important skill to read and learn from non fiction texts, as well as identify cause and effect. We enjoy finding alternative solutions to problems that effect our kiddos today.\r\n\r\nWe look forward to the magazines twice a month and often predict what we think will be on it depending on the time of year and big events happening. My sixth graders loved the issue/article about flag football and the Olympics. Each magazine has different material to accommodate all interests and it is wonderful to see the students get excited about reading. \r\n\r\nDuring this time of thanks and giving to others, I just want to thank you again for this amazing donation.
