These books allow them to access a story that is very different from what they're used to in a classroom setting, and it really is igniting a passion for reading in my class. They are enjoying learning Spanish, reading a chapter book (this is new for many of them at this age level), and doing book-based projects to expand their knowledge. \r\n\r\nFurthermore, the iPad that was donated to my class has really helped my English Learners access the curriculum at a deeper level.
