Because of your donations, we were able to purchase countertop blenders and immersion blenders for our student kitchens, and I can honestly say they have already made a tremendous impact on student learning.\r\n\r\nWhen the equipment arrived, the excitement was immediate. Students eagerly helped unbox and assemble the blenders, and before long they were asking, \"When can we use them?\" Their first request was smoothies, so we gathered ingredients and spent time experimenting with different fruit combinations and flavors. Students loved creating their own recipes, comparing results, and discovering how ingredients work together. The new blenders allowed every group to participate, making the experience more engaging and efficient than ever before.\r\n\r\nWe also used the immersion blenders during our final project of the year, burgers. Students used them to make homemade mayonnaise from scratch, a process that was surprisingly quick and easy with the new equipment. From there, they transformed their mayonnaise into ranch dressing and a signature fry sauce to accompany their burgers. The students were amazed that they could create these sauces themselves, and the immersion blenders made the process accessible and successful for everyone.\r\n\r\nYour generosity did more than provide equipment—it created opportunities for hands-on learning, creativity, teamwork, and confidence-building. The students had an incredible time using these tools, and they will continue to benefit from them for many years to come. My students from the previous school year would know right away what this equipment is used for since we used the one we have last year. But my current students are in awe seeing the live data the LabQuest3 is showing on it screen as we measured their weight in newtons when they hopped on the force plate. Now we have two LabQuest3 to share in the class!\r\n\r\nAs we continue to prepare our students with 21st century skills, I am very grateful for your help to get us an additional LabQuest 3. We are currently studying force and motion so it comes handy for students to collect data by measuring forces during the lab activity.
