Students eagerly helped unbox and assemble the blenders, and before long they were asking, \"When can we use them?\" Their first request was smoothies, so we gathered ingredients and spent time experimenting with different fruit combinations and flavors. Students loved creating their own recipes, comparing results, and discovering how ingredients work together. The new blenders allowed every group to participate, making the experience more engaging and efficient than ever before.\r\n\r\nWe also used the immersion blenders during our final project of the year, burgers. Students used them to make homemade mayonnaise from scratch, a process that was surprisingly quick and easy with the new equipment. From there, they transformed their mayonnaise into ranch dressing and a signature fry sauce to accompany their burgers.
