The families and colleagues felt very proud of this production. My school counselor commented tha, \"The shows just keep getting better and better. I feel like we are all part of something so special when I see the kids in their plays knowing that they are all collaborating together to make it happen.\" Even the cafeteria donated to this campaign and happily enjoyed seeing the production knowing she supported \"her kids\". Many students play an instrument, dance, act, and sing. Wright is a STEAM and Gifted Magnet offering electives that help \r\n\r\ndevelop students' interests and abilities. In addition, as part of a project-based learning community, the art classes collaborate on school-wide arts programs. The arts staff at Wright work very hard to bring extraordinary experiences to the classroom for our students. Your contribution to our projects have already started to make our journey to \"Suessical\" possible. \r\nThe past fall semester students in the stage crew class benefited from being able to use the walkie talkies to run weekly assemblies and semester performances. For the Spring musical, students in instrumental music, stage crew, and theater will produce \"Suessical JR.\" Even though we will perform in the spring semester, students have benefited already from materials purchased while running a small skit, Annual Winter Concert and Christmas play. \r\nFor the second semester we will be constructing the world of \"Seussical\" and the costumes for the show. Instrumental music students are benefiting from the supplies you bought so that they can practice.
