It was truly unexpected and a blessing to have it fulfilled so quickly and by an amazing sponsor just like you Amazon. It was my first time posting a project on Donors Choose, the process was easy, and exciting. \r\n The book orders were processed the next day or so, if there was an issue with the purchase or books requested Donors Choose reached out to remedy the issue. The books were sent in different shipments. The books were new and exciting to receive as I knew the students would be happy to see the new books in the library. I started telling the students that my project had been funded by Amazon on Donors Choose. The students were super-happy and would say, \"how long is it going to take for the books to get to the school?\" I did tell them that they had to be patient as the books had to be bought, shipped to us, and then I had to process them on the computer. The process includes attaching a barcode to be able to check the books out to them and attaching the labels.\r\nOnce the books were processed and placed on the shelves, I could not keep them on shelves they were checked out at once as soon as they were returned. New students checked them out as The Dork Diaries were a hit and so are the Cat Kid Series, and you can never go wrong with the scary Stories to Tell in the Dark. The students have enjoyed the books wholeheartedly and that is the point of this project. I wanted to bring a smile to the students' faces and it has happened, but all this was possible because of your kindness and willingness to sponsor my project \"The Jaguar Library!\". \r\n\r\nThank you,\r\n from Mrs. Martinez \r\n\"The Jaguar Library!\"","fullyFundedDate":1758653405312,"projectUrl":"project/the-jaguar-library/9747174/","projectTitle":"The Jaguar Library!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Martinez Library","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-5_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9994328"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_7510","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":635,"numTeachers":40,"percentFrplEligible":95,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":0,"percentWhite":0,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":99,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"1 - 6","studentTeacherRatio":"15.9:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"SUBURBAN","ncesMetroType":"SUBURB_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":83.0,"schoolId":7510,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Middleton Street Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Middleton Street Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/california/los-angeles-unified-school-district/middleton-street-elementary-school/7510"}
