The excitement was priceless! Their smiles, cheers, and proud expressions truly filled the day with joy. For many of our students, that simple moment of spinning the wheel made them feel special and celebrated.\r\n\r\nWhenever students see me outside with the attendance incentives, they light up and immediately ask, \"When is the next event?\" It has created a culture of enthusiasm around coming to school. They are motivated not just by the rewards, but by the recognition and sense of accomplishment.\r\n\r\nWith limited resources, it has been challenging to consistently incentivize and celebrate our students. Because of your donations, we are now able to recognize their positive attendance in meaningful and motivating ways. This allows them to be ready for learning. \r\nHaving your emotions in check is crucial for learning. Children cannot learn when they do not feel well. Their bodies are in a fight or flight state that does not allow for anything else. That is why it is necessary to bring them back to a state of calm.
