As the school year progressed, it became increasingly difficult to keep up with everything while balancing teaching, supporting students, and end-of-year responsibilities. Although this message is late, my gratitude is not. Thank you for believing in my students and investing in their education.\r\n\r\nYour generosity made a meaningful difference in our 6th grade math classroom. The materials you provided were used throughout the year and helped support students who entered my classroom with significant academic gaps. The markers were especially useful for creating colorful anchor charts that remained posted around the classroom. Students frequently referred to these charts while working independently, with partners, or in small groups to help them remember strategies and solve problems with greater confidence. The addition and subtraction manipulatives were also incredibly valuable, allowing students to build foundational number sense and strengthen skills that many of them had not yet mastered.\r\n\r\nOne of my students' favorite resources was the long division and double-digit multiplication whiteboards. Many of my students struggle with these concepts, and having the steps already organized on the whiteboards gave them a clear guide as they worked through each problem. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, students were able to focus on one step at a time, which increased both their confidence and accuracy. The double-sided design made it easy to transition between multiplication and long division lessons, and students regularly asked to use them during independent practice and small-group intervention.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the new materials, they were excited to have resources made specifically to help them learn. They immediately wanted to use the whiteboards and manipulatives during our math stations and intervention groups. Looking ahead, these resources will continue to support future students as they strengthen foundational math skills, develop problem-solving strategies, and build the confidence they need to succeed.
