They learned how to put their arms out to keep their balance.\r\nWhen we unboxed the balance bean outside they kept asking what it was. They were full of questions as to what to do with it. We showed them how it could be done in different ways. \r\nThe children were able to use the balance beam during our Exercise unit and even after. They like to see how fast they can go across it or stay on the beam.
