My students have incorporated the new recourses into their daily learning, whether it is for small group instruction, independent practice or our collaborative projects. One of the most memorable moments was during a hands-on lesson where the students used the materials to explore the concept of equivalent fractions in a more interactive way that led to them being able to visualize the models during our adding fractions lessons. There was a noticeable boost in their engagement and confidence as they worked together to collaborate and share ideas. When the materials first arrived the excitement was immediate, and my students were super curious about the glitter stickers and could not wait to see them on their quizzes. Seeing their enthusiasm reminded me that it is extremely powerful for them to have the correct access to the right tools to soar in an academic space. \r\n\r\nAs we move forward, these resources will continue to play a central role in deepening and expanding their knowledge. Students are beginning to take more ownership of their learning by asking more questions and building on their ideas.
