We have incorporated the use of the plyometric boxes in our PE classes as well as with our student athletes. Our students were so excited to use them. They are now engaging in plyometric exercises with more confidence. The plyo boxes that we have used prior to receiving these new soft ones we the hard metal ones. My students who are new to working out as well as my female student-athletes are always so hesitant to use them because of the fear of injury. The new soft plyo boxes have eliminated the fear and my students of all abilities enjoy using them to enhance their fitness. \r\nThank you again for your help and donation. They offered to help build the cabinets. They also appreciate the extra space they have in the fitness center to work out.
