Because of you, our students now have engaging picture books, hands-on math manipulatives, and bright art materials that have completely transformed our learning space. Your kindness has filled our room not only with tools for learning, but with excitement and possibility. Every day, we are using these new resources during our literacy centers, math rotations, and creative art projects. One special moment that truly captured your impact was during our \"Build Your Perfect House\" project. They found such creative ways to use the Magna tiles and Lego set.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the new materials, their eyes grew wide with wonder. There were joyful gasps, lots of whispered \"wow!\" moments, and more than a few happy wiggles in their seats. They were especially excited about the fresh art supplies and new books, eagerly flipping through pages and asking if we could start reading right away. During our first art activity, they treated the supplies with such care, as if they knew these treasures were special gifts. The room buzzed with creativity and excitement as little hands explored new textures, bright colors, and engaging learning tools. Their enthusiasm reminded me just how powerful it is for children to have access to high-quality materials that spark imagination and curiosity.","fullyFundedDate":1766031785851,"projectUrl":"project/help-me-give-my-little-coyotes-the-joy-o/9841007/","projectTitle":"Help Me Give My Little Coyotes the Joy of Learning!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Ortega","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp3701464_orig.jpg?crop=2316,2316,x0,y378&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1760674990763","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/rortega"},{"teacherId":1004602,"projectId":9320981,"letterContent":"My students are having a great time using the equipment that was donated for our P.E. time. P.E. is sadly underfunded in the elementary grades, and can often be a time of boredom for the students. Thanks to your generosity we have equipment to last us the year for many different activities. \r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the different types of balls we received, they were so excited. Our first day we went out and played their favorite game, dodgeball. The students love dodgeball because they have a chance to throw something at their friends that will not hurt. The foam balls make it easy for everyone to take turns and not fear getting out. \r\n\r\nThe class also loves the soccer, volleyball, and basketballs. Volleyball has been the sport of choice lately, watching the students learn to volley has been a lot of fun. We will be beginning a basketball unit soon and that will hopefully lead to many of our sixth graders trying out for our school basketball team this spring. \r\n\r\nThank you again for your kindness and generosity.
