I am able to make quality lessons on Google Slides for my Smartboard. Students have wonderful visual lessons that are engaging and interactive. I can immediately export quality lessons from Google Slides to Google Classroom. These slides can be typed into or even written on when paired with the Smartboard. This works great for modeling math problems, close reading with students, practicing sentence structure and vocabulary. I also can edit documents on google drive and download them to project them on the Smartboard screen and then write all over them. \r\n The most exciting thing about the lessons that I create for my students is the great graphics that I am able to apply to my slide lessons due to the use of the snapshot tool. It is very user friendly. I am able to \"set\" the background with ease and therefore cut down on a lot of my student's frustration. My students are more engaged and are able to interact with the lessons on Google Classroom without accidentally deleting the content due to user error. \r\n Students who struggle with the content of a lesson really appreciate a more concrete method of learning. I am able to make good use of our tech time by incorporating quality lessons for them to get valuable practice with.\r\n The Mac Book allows me to create digital lessons and then deliver them to my students. I am also able to easily share them with my colleagues. I am eager to try out the Apple Classroom App. This app will turn my Mac into a powerful teaching assistant, helping me guide students through a lesson, see their progress, and keep them on track. I will be able to focus on teaching and give immediate feedback so students can focus on learning.","fullyFundedDate":1731940527881,"projectUrl":"project/technology-is-a-must-in-every-classroom/8519812/","projectTitle":"Technology is a Must in Every Classroom!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Youngblood","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp1629658_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1722092466030","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/shelly-youngblood"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_59721","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":796,"numTeachers":36,"percentFrplEligible":95,"percentAsian":1,"percentBlack":5,"percentWhite":3,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":89,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"Pre-K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"22.1:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":"CITY_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":77.3,"schoolId":59721,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Palla Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Palla Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/california/greenfield-union-school-district/palla-school/59721"}
