Our students and staff were all excited to start receiving our supplies. The students were especially excited because we mentioned that we were going to receive snacks in our order! Naturally kiddos went crazy as soon as they heard \"snacks\" so everyday they wanted to know if the snacks arrived yet. Once our first package arrived, our students lost their minds! We opened it and although it wasn't the snacks just yet, we were happy to see our brand new colorful timers, pocket sleeves, tapes refills, and brand new colorful (kid themed) dry erase markers. A few days later the snacks arrived and then we started to use them as manipulatives for basic addition, subtraction, and to compare numbers (quantities) and as soon as the lesson is finished, then they get to eat the snacks. I think it is safe to say that eating snacks is their favorite part of the lesson. While our students were excited for the snacks; staff was even more ecstatic to receive the magnetic whiteboards that are stick-able to our walls. We have been receiving our deliveries almost daily. They have been coming in surprising, fun little bursts since they are being delivered from different places. All the staff and students are excited to see what awesome supplies come out of the packages. It has become a fun and exciting part of the day for these kiddos. A few of our kiddos have even mentioned that they \"came to school to see the new things we got\"!\r\nOur little library/calming corner has really come together with the bean bag chairs. The gigantic magnetic boards have helped with using magnetic tiles for math, CVC, and vocabulary/alphabet letter activities. The axolotl figures and bead discs help our kiddos with sensory needs. We have also gotten great use of the giant double sided POST-IT Dry Erase Tabletop Pad/Easel Pad at each of our 3 stations. Once again thank you so much!
