Just last week, this year's students proudly harvested a pumpkin, which they'll soon turn into pumpkin chili! These cooking experiences have given many of my students a chance to learn practical kitchen skills and try recipes they might not otherwise experience at home.\r\n\r\nYour support also allowed us to set up a vermiculture worm bin, where students will soon begin turning food scraps into rich compost. They are eager to see firsthand how small, sustainable practices can create big change for our soil, our plants, and our planet.
