The new materials you helped provide have already made a huge difference in our classroom and on our campus.\r\n\r\nOur Leadership students have jumped right into action, using the resources to launch a series of school-wide positivity projects. One of their favorite activities has been passing out stickers and stress balls during lunch to help students feel seen, appreciated, and supported. They've also created short, uplifting video clips to share messages of kindness and encouragement with their peers. These moments—small but powerful—are changing the climate of our school day by day.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, my students were so excited! Their eyes lit up seeing all the supplies, knowing it meant they could bring their ideas to life and make an impact on campus. It gave them a sense of ownership and purpose.\r\n\r\nWe've also created a safe space where students can sign up to come in, grab a snack, decompress, and be themselves without judgment. This space is already helping foster a more inclusive, caring school culture—exactly what we've been striving for.\r\n\r\nOur next steps include expanding these positive outreach activities, and continuing to lead with kindness and empathy.
