With your help, we received a beautiful new classroom rug, a large whiteboard, and personalized student name tags. \r\n\r\nWhen the students first walked into the room and saw the updates, their eyes lit up. \"It looks like a brand-new classroom!\" one of them said. The excitement was contagious, and it set such a positive tone for the start of our school year. One of my favorite memories so far was watching students fully engaged in a story on our new rug—gathered in a circle, listening closely, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing their ideas with one another. It was such a special moment of connection and learning.\r\n\r\nRight now, we're working on a collaborative writing project and using the whiteboard daily to plan, brainstorm, and revise our work together. Soon we'll be starting small group reading instruction, and the rug will serve as the perfect space to meet in close-knit groups and dive deeper into literacy.\r\n\r\nBecause of you, our classroom feels more organized, inspiring, and student-centered.
