Some students focus on endurance, while others work on confidence, coordination, or simply becoming comfortable trying something new.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the equipment, their reactions were incredible. Many were excited because the machines looked \"just like a real gym,\" and several students who are normally hesitant during PE were eager to participate. A few students immediately asked how to adjust resistance levels, while others simply enjoyed the opportunity to feel successful doing an activity at their own pace. The equipment has already helped increase participation and engagement across many different age and ability levels.\r\n\r\nThe next steps for our students are continuing to explore new types of fitness activities, build confidence, and challenge themselves in new ways. Many students are already trying equipment or exercises they have never used before, and we are encouraging them to keep setting personal goals and testing their limits at their own pace.
