My students were able to create original designs without using a computer. They are used to tracing designs from the computer screen and haven't had to use their imagination before. They keep their paintings on their desks because they are proud of their work. For some students, they had to be taught how to use a paint brush and how to move it on a canvas. Many wanted to use water because they are so used to using watercolors. They love using watercolors whenever they have extra time. This experience made my students feel special and loved.
