The ability to write, revise, and visually organize ideas is especially beneficial for ELD students, as it encourages participation without the fear of permanent mistakes. \r\n\r\nThe classroom décor items, including the motivational reading poster and neon stickers, have added warmth and personality to the space. The stickers have been used as positive reinforcement, incentives, and even labeling tools on notebooks and water bottles, building student motivation and pride in their work.\r\n\r\nFinally, the classroom jobs cards have empowered students by giving them leadership roles and shared responsibility.
