These resources are helping students practice letter sounds, blending, and reading with more confidence, and they give us a fun, structured way to build foundational skills every day.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials arrived, my students were immediately excited. They wanted to touch everything, flip through the stories, and jump right into the games. During our first small-group rotation with the phonics games, I saw students who usually hesitate start taking risks, sounding out words, and cheering each other on. It was one of those moments that reminded me how powerful the right tools can be for growing readers.\r\n\r\nNext, we will keep using these games and stories to strengthen decoding and fluency as we move through our current reading lessons. I will be able to target specific phonics patterns each week, reteach skills in a small group, and give students repeated practice in a way that feels motivating instead of stressful.
