With the purchase of this new laptop our lead programmer has successfully created code that performs object detection similar to Tesla's auto pilot. His efforts will culminate in March when our team competes at the San Diego regional First Robotics competition. \r\n\r\nBy replacing a 10-year-old hand-me-down laptop with a defective battery and a cracked screen, we're able to provide the proper equipment for optimal STEM training, and wisdom. This year the branding team approached me and asked for an embroidery machine so we would sew our team logo on all kinds of merch. So far we've done T-Shirts, Polo Shirts and next up is Dickies work shirts.\r\n\r\nTeam Rewind is built on a foundation of respect and gracious professionalism, so it makes me proud to see our team work hard together towards a common goal. This goal for this years FRC robotics challenge is to Dive Deep into ocean conservation through robotics.
