We saw everything from a Madagascar-themed retelling to a stop-motion Star Wars adaptation requiring over 30 hours of animation, nearly 2,000 individual photographs, and additional hours of editing, voice recording, and sound design. Other groups filmed scenes in local parks, designed props and costumes, and found creative ways to bring their adaptations to life. Through these projects, students demonstrated a deep understanding of the play's characters, conflicts, themes, and plot while applying their learning in creative and meaningful ways. Their creativity, collaboration, and dedication exceeded all expectations.\r\n\r\nWhen the boxes of supplies arrived, the excitement in the classroom was immediate. Students couldn't wait to get started and bring their scripts and ideas to life.\r\n\r\nNot only did these supplies help create meaningful and memorable learning experiences this year, but they will continue to be used by future students for years to come.
