I used the boxes for behavior motivation. The students had to make good choices as a class to earn ten points to open up the first box. After that box was opened, we used it in our May Do centers during small group instruction. The kids were so excited to open up the pet sets that included, a cat, a dog and a hamster—all with accessories. They had so much fun building and then dramatically playing with their creations. The second and third boxes were just as heartily welcomed. They were two different transportation sets! They are absolutely loved by our students! They asked why people who didn't know them would buy them snacks? I said because they want to make sure you are not hungry and can focus on learning. They asked who bought them snacks? As we got the packages over next few days they were overwhelmed with gratitude!
