ESGI gives me the technology to quickly assess each child one-on-one, identify exactly what they know, and—most importantly—see where they need additional support.\r\n\r\nWhat makes this technology so valuable is that assessment results are available immediately. Instead of spending hours sorting through paperwork and manually tracking data, I can use that information to create small groups, provide targeted instruction, monitor progress, and celebrate growth with my students. This allows me to spend less time managing data and more time actually teaching children.\r\n\r\nMy students especially love being able to see their progress. For a five-year-old, watching their skills grow and realizing, \"I know more than I did before!\" is incredibly powerful. They also learned the impact an earthquake can have in a city/ community. We read about the earthquake of 1906 that occurred in San Francisco, California.
