I have created an after-school yoga team for students who want to move their bodies but may not be willing to compete in a school sports team.\r\nMy students are not JUST learning movement; they are learning to love their bodies and all that they can do. It was amazing to see how the repetitive text and lively illustrations helped him not only enjoy the story, but also feel confident in reading the words and participating in the story in his own way.
