Because of you, my students have been able to explore exciting new techniques, transforming the way we create and display our work. The ChompSaw Maker Bundle immediately allowed us to incorporate mixed media by precisely cutting and scoring cardboard, turning a simple material into complex structural or sculptural components for projects. \r\n\r\nThe students' reaction to the new materials was incredible. When the boxes arrived, there was an immediate buzz, especially around the Gel Press plates. Students who had previously struggled with traditional, messy printmaking methods were ecstatic to experiment with the easy cleanup and vibrant, spontaneous results of the monoprinting. The new Grid Wall Panels have been a game-changer, too; they allow us to display our work professionally and proudly, making the classroom feel like a real gallery space, which has boosted student pride and ownership in their art.\r\n\r\nThank you again for providing the tools that have made these advanced, real-world projects possible and for giving our students the chance to work like professional artists.","fullyFundedDate":1757616282861,"projectUrl":"project/build-create-and-display/9696284/","projectTitle":"Build, Create, and Display","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Burks","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp3650788_orig.jpg?crop=2081,2081,x0,y346&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1722541681787","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/marshallart2016"},{"teacherId":3650788,"projectId":9631647,"letterContent":"Thank you for your support! Most of them have never used charcoal pencils before and truly loved using them. They were surprised by house easy they were to blend, and said they would love to use them more often.\r\n\r\nWhen my students saw the Gelli Plate supplies, they were very intrigued and few of them new that such a thing existed. They were excited to try something new. They loved making prints with the Gelli Plates because they could be more abstract and expressive in their work. This was freeing to them and allowed them to grow their creativity.\r\n\r\nMy students expressed excitement when seeing the clay and wire because it meant another 3D project, and 3D projects are always the biggest hit in Art Class. \r\n\r\nThe Prismacolor Colored Pencils are always a hit as well. There is just no other colored pencil that blends like a Prisma and my students love them. They are always astounded at the difference good quality supplies make. They better understand that often times Art is less painstaking with the right tools.","fullyFundedDate":1731202156713,"projectUrl":"project/advancing-in-the-arts/8923422/","projectTitle":"Advancing in the Arts","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Chapin","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-7_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9765693"},{"teacherId":3650788,"projectId":8906789,"letterContent":"Thank you so very much for your contribution to our classroom!
