The ability to provide supplies has created an environment for learning across many aspects of art. Our students have flourished within the arts, showing the impact of engagement across the curriculum. As always, art provides the foundation of learning in multiple disciplines. \r\n Thanks to your generous donations, we were able to provide clay, yarn, paints, color pencils, watercolor pencils, and so many other dynamic supplies, allowing kids to play with multiple media. The students used the yarn to create segments within a seven-section project featuring the different elements of art. The clay will create mugs that the students will be able to glaze and have for their own use. We will be creating a senbazuru constructed of 1,000 origami cranes to explore different cultures. Our students have been gifted a plethora of ways to explore cultures through art and have enjoyed this process. \r\n Thank you again for gifting our students with the ability to create without limitations. This magazine has allowed students to learn how to find proportions as they read about a student who started her own business making nail polish and bath bombs. They also worked on analyzing charts and infographics about different sites protected by the National Park Service. \r\n\r\nThis is a hands-on learning tool that captures students by the relatable math articles about students that are their age making a different in today's world. It has games that enforce the math objectives for each article and labs that do the same. \r\n\r\nALL students love the magazines and enjoy when they get to use them in the classroom.
