Your generosity has given my students access to hands-on creative technology that strengthens critical thinking and problem-solving. While many people think of technology as screens or devices, these gel plates function as an interactive tool where students test ideas, analyze results, revise their approach, and learn through immediate visual feedback. Each print they pull becomes part of an ongoing cycle of experimentation and reflection.\r\nWhat excites students most is the element of discovery. The plates allow them to layer drawings, textures, and image transfers in ways that feel both controlled and surprising. Students who tend to fear making mistakes have grown more confident because the process encourages risk-taking and exploration rather than perfection. At the same time, students who enjoy technical challenges have embraced refining their methods and pushing the materials further.\r\nBecause of your support, my students are now creating thoughtful print series that explore identity, systems, and personal expression. They are working more like real artists by planning, revising, and developing ideas over time. Thank you for believing in our students and for helping make this meaningful learning possible.\r\nWith sincere gratitude,","fullyFundedDate":1757349958233,"projectUrl":"project/visual-noise-creative-voice/9652213/","projectTitle":"Visual Noise, Creative Voice","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Lignell","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-7_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10225152"},{"teacherId":9360766,"projectId":8922161,"letterContent":"Receiving these items has had a truly meaningful impact on our color guard team. While they may not be the most glamorous, things like tape, bandaids, and a sturdy tote box are absolutely essential to our day-to-day operations. We go through tape constantly—it's used to secure and maintain every piece of equipment we have—and in the past, that cost often fell on the students themselves. Being provided with it has lifted a financial burden and helped ensure that every student has what they need to rehearse and perform safely. Having practice flags for each member has also been a game-changer, allowing everyone to build their skills consistently without the limitations of shared or worn-down equipment.\r\n\r\nThe addition of a brand new tote box and first aid supplies has also been a huge relief. Our last tote had completely broken, and we rely on it to carry all our essential supplies for performances, from gloves and electrical tape to electrolyte mix and safety pins. The bandaids and first aid equipment help us treat minor injuries on the spot, keeping everyone safe. Perhaps one of the most exciting additions has been the power drill, which has given me the opportunity to teach students how to properly maintain and repair their own equipment. This not only keeps our gear in better shape, but empowers the students with practical skills and a stronger sense of responsibility. These donations may seem simple, but they've helped our team function more efficiently, safely, and independently—and for that, we're incredibly grateful.","fullyFundedDate":1731276072795,"projectUrl":"project/setting-the-stage-or-football-field/8922161/","projectTitle":"Setting the Stage (or...
