The collapsing cart has been so helpful in transporting all items to the blacktop outside. \r\nThe students were so excited to ride the scooters! I had such a long line of students waiting for their turn. The cones worked out perfectly and none of the students ran over them!! Some students chose to color with chalk and the loved all the colors available.\r\nThank you so much for your support! The chips have made it so much easier to find and they are a lot more durable. We use the red for vowels and the blue for consonants. The sound out the word, pull down the chips for the corresponding vowel or consonant, and then push the chips up to write the letter with their markers to spell out the word.\r\nThis helps them slow down and think about the sounds of the words before spelling them. \r\nWe will use the orange chips and green ones later when we get into bigger words. \r\nI know these will last for years!!
