Your support has made an immediate and meaningful difference in the daily lives of our students, and I am so grateful for your belief in their learning and growth.\r\n\r\nBefore these new desks arrived, our classroom furniture had seen many years of use. While our students were enthusiastic and eager to learn, the worn and mismatched desks often made it difficult for them to sit comfortably, focus on their work, and feel proud of their learning space. Because of you, that has completely changed. The moment the new desks were set up, the room felt brighter, more organized, and more welcoming. The students' faces lit up with excitement as they walked in and saw a classroom that truly felt designed just for them.\r\n\r\nThe impact of these new desks goes far beyond appearances. Kindergarteners are learning foundational skills such as writing, drawing, cutting, and collaborating with classmates. Having desks that are the right size, sturdy, and clean allows students to focus on learning rather than adjusting their seating or struggling with limited workspace. These desks support proper posture, give each child a clear personal space, and help create a calm, structured environment where young learners can thrive.\r\n\r\nI have already noticed positive changes in the classroom. Students are more focused during lessons, transitions are smoother, and there is a renewed sense of pride in our shared space. Several students have commented on how much they love their \"new desks,\" and they take greater care in keeping them tidy and organized. This sense of ownership helps teach responsibility and respect for their learning environment—important lessons that extend well beyond kindergarten.\r\n\r\nYour generosity also sends a powerful message to our students: that their education matters and that there are people in the community who care about their success. For many of these children, this may be one of the first times they see how kindness and support from others can create positive change. That lesson alone is priceless.\r\n\r\nAs a teacher, I am deeply appreciative of the way your donation has strengthened our classroom. You have helped create a space where students feel comfortable, confident, and ready to learn each day. These desks will serve many classes of kindergarteners for years to come, making your impact long-lasting and far-reaching.\r\n\r\nThank you for investing in our students, our classroom, and our future. Your generosity has truly made a difference, and we are incredibly grateful for your support.","fullyFundedDate":1764676853234,"projectUrl":"project/new-seating-for-kindergarten-community/9690125/","projectTitle":"New Seating for Kindergarten Community","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Zive","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9061020_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1685364057831","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9061020"},{"teacherId":3303083,"projectId":9122872,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous donation to help our English Language Learning students. It is often hard to find motivating materials that aid the children in learning English. The materials purchased with this grant directly align to Arizona's Language Learning Assessment that all of these students must take yearly until they are proficient. They are engaging and \"fun\". The materials cover reading, writing, speaking, listening, and vocabulary. They also come in three levels; emergent, basic, and intermediate so that I can tailor the level/activity to the group. They are hands-on and reusable for years to come. \r\n\r\nThe students have been thoroughly enjoying these new activities, especially the games. They get excited and are bummed when we are not using them. The materials are great to motivate them to do well and get their work completed, so that we have time to play. The students feel successful because the content is at their level and they are using their English without struggling because it is too hard. \r\n\r\nWith these materials, I know my English Language Learners are going to be much more successful and confident when they take the test at the end of the year! I firmly believe they will all show growth. Thank you again for your donation. Your generous contribution has brought meaningful, lasting change to our kindergarten classroom—change that is seen in our students' bright smiles, heard in their excited voices, and felt in the joy that now fills our daily learning. Thanks to your support, we were able to purchase racing boards, new whiteboards with handwriting lines, and small group activity materials. While those items may seem simple on paper, in the hands of our young learners, they have become tools of transformation—sparking curiosity, building confidence, and creating a classroom that feels even more like a second home. The impact of your generosity extends beyond the classroom supplies. It has created an environment where students feel empowered, supported, and excited to learn. Every day, I see more engagement, more confidence, and more joy. As a teacher, there is nothing more rewarding than watching students grow in an environment built with love and care—and you've made that possible. On behalf of our entire classroom community, thank you for believing in our kids and in the power of early education. Your kindness has made a lasting difference, not only in the materials we use but in the memories we're making and the futures we're building.","fullyFundedDate":1746786455267,"projectUrl":"project/literacy-for-little-learners/9130948/","projectTitle":"Literacy for Little Learners","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Zive","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9061020_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1685364057831","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9061020"},{"teacherId":5640961,"projectId":9075348,"letterContent":"My students were able to see fractions visually.
