Others who often rush through work slowed down because they were genuinely invested in solving real problems.\r\n\r\nOne of my favorite moments came during our first engineering challenge using the new robotics and STEM tools. A group of 4th graders huddled over their materials, adjusting, redesigning, failing, and trying again without a single prompt from me. That resilience and ownership over their learning is exactly why I wanted this project funded.
